"dialect" is a seductive yet foreboding track produced by Denzel Stone (KNDRX) and mastered by Jonny's live DJ FaxD (Secret Levels, Space Camp Death Squad) that finds Jonny crooning and pleading with a lover who refuses to let their chemistry happen outside the bedroom. Over a classic Stax-style guitar riff and a throbbing beat, Jonny celebrates the physical closeness they share while making it clear how hurtful it is that that closeness won't ever blossom into anything more, yet he just can't quit their toxic relationship.

"dialect" is the first single in a year which will be featured on Jonny's upcoming full length u> everything else, which features contributions from Magna Carda, Pleasure Venom, The Teeta and more. Jonny is also fresh off of an acclaimed appearance on Black Austin Musician Collective's debut SXSW showcase, which received coverage from KUTX and more.
